Two finalists:

Number 2: A current employee. Absurdly unqualified.
The lie: “I created a database application saving hundreds of hours of labor per month.”
The dilemma: One of the interviewers, sitting three feet from the candidate, created the application.
Mindy handles the indiscretion. She tells the creator and interviewers not to ask about it and asks Number 2 to rewrite their résumé.
